How Kickstarter works
Kickstarter is all-or-nothing rewards crowdfunding. You pledge for creator-defined rewards. If GenX meets the funding goal by the deadline, pledges are collected and rewards are fulfilled later. If the goal is missed, no one is charged.
Not an equity raise
Backers are not investors. A Kickstarter pledge does not buy stock, debt, membership units, or any ownership interest in GenX Innovations Inc. Equity or investment interest is a separate, counsel-gated process — see the Fund section disclaimer.
